  • Official fingerprint processing: use Georgia Applicant Processing Service and IdentoGO with the service code or agency ORI supplied by the authorized requesting agency.
  • Police and incident reports: contact the agency that wrote the report. Calhoun Police records remain with Calhoun Police, while sheriff-created reports go to the Sheriff’s channel.
  • Record restriction and sealing: use the current GCIC process under O.C.G.A. § 35-3-37 and the prosecutor or court responsible for the case. Restriction and judicial sealing are related but separate actions.
